I purchased a theme for a site I am no longer using and would like to transfer it to a new site I created. Can any staff on wordpress please help assist in this?

The theme I purchased is MH Magazine originally for yourhiphopspotblog.wordpress.com and would like to transfer this theme to my new site thehiphophustleblog.wordpress.com.
Both sites are hosted on wordpress.com
