Transfer payment plan subscription to another admin user

    Hey, team! I was hoping to transfer the payment plan subscription to another admin user on the account. I already transferred the ownership of the website to this user, but unfortunately, the payment plan payment is still registered under my account. I’m hesitant that if we register a new package plan, we’ll lose all our progress on the site.

    Is there anything the support team can help with, I’ve found a similar situation on the forum and I believe a verbal confirmation from the user is enough to transfer the payment plan to another admin user?

    It sounds like you completed the transfer but the purchases haven’t gone to the new user. I don’t know why this might have happened but based on the support documentation what you are expecting is correct. I have tagged this thread for staff attention so that they can advise better.
