Transfer premium plan from a domant site to new site

  I need to transfer my premium subscription from ringintel.co.uk to logograil.wordpress.com – I’ve asked for help on live chat but no response. I need this to be completed unrently if possible any help would be greatly appreciated.

  No response in 2 days to this on live chat and still no response on here. What are my other options? I need this changed over as a matter of urgency as my business has launched but I still have to design my website which can only be done once the premium tranfer has taken place..
