Transfer premium plan to another blog

Hello,
I currently have a premium plan for my site that I purchased a few months ago but I’ve realised that wordpress.com is not suitable for running a proper website for a number of reasons. I am planning on moving away from wordpress.com but don’t want to lose all the money I paid for the plan. Is it possible to transfer the premium plan to another blog I am an admin on that is currently on a free plan?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi, while I cannot say whether you can transfer a paid plan to another site or not, but I am sure there are a number of options available to you, most listed in the linked articles here:

However as you have paid for premium, you are entitled to direct email or live chat support from the WordPress.COM team who will be able to answer your questions directly. Access this service direct from your account here:

I can cancel the Premium plan and issue you a full refund. Then, you can go ahead and purchase the Premium plan for your other site.

I don’t particularly want a premium plan for the other site-I just didn’t want to lose the money I paid if it was not refundable. Are you saying it is refundable?

We have a 30-day refund policy. Your purchase is a few days older, but I went ahead and canceled your Premium plan and issued a full refund. You should see that refund on your statement within a few days.
