Transfer premium subscription from one-site to another

  Hi, I just found that I’ve done all my changes and edits to one site, while I had the premium subscript on another site. Is there a way that I can transfer my premium subscription to this site? Both are under the same account!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there!

  Sure thing, we can help you with that. Right now the plan and domain are connected to kloudrev.wordpress.com. Could you confirm the address of the site where you’d like to use the subscription instead?

  Thank you heaps. I’d like the plan and domain to be moved to kloudrevcomau.wordpress.com. I can then connect this to kloudrev.com.au, right? If I follow the domain connection steps.

  Hey there,

  No problem – I’ve made that transfer for you and you should see the domain and the plan on kloudrevcomau.wordpress.com.

  At this point, the next steps would be to change the name servers of the domain to:

  ns1.wordpress.com
  ns2.wordpress.com
  ns3.wordpress.com

  This would be done at GoDaddy and these are the steps you would follow for that: https://www.godaddy.com/help/change-nameservers-for-my-domains-664

  It looks like you’re pretty well set up with it! You may also want to set kloudrev.com.au as your primary address too – we do have a guide for the primary address setting if needed.
