Transfer Premium Theme

I am trying to transfer the premium theme Elemin from http://www.rhubarbwhine.com (wordpresss hosted, domain name paid for, redirects to shirleyharring.com) as I no longer use it, to http://wesleynme.wordpress.com – however, I continue to get the message ‘transfer failed’. Please advise.

Thanks for the info. Before I can transfer this theme, I need you to disable it from the site its currently on, rhubarbwhine. Just go here and activate any other theme:
