Transfer Premium theme Shelf from one existing domain to another

  I would like to transfer my Premium Theme from an existing domain that I have to a new Domain that I have just registered. The existing Blog that I have with the Theme Shelf is called Permaculturenet.wordpress.com, it was formerly Permaculturenet.com. I would like to transfer the purchased theme shelf from Permaculturenet to my new Blog SoundnotSound.Permaculturenet.com. Please let me know how soon this can be arranged.
