Transfer Premium theme to another WordPress site not on WordPress.com

  I recently bought a premium theme (Full Frame) but would like to transfer if to another WordPress site not on WordPress.com. Is this possible? If not, can I cancel this purchase (still within 30 days)?

  Themes available on WordPress.com have been adapted to function on this platform and will not work on WordPress.org. So yes, you should cancel your purchase of the premium theme.
