transfer premium theme to wordpress.org

  Hello,

  a few weeks I have been struggling to get the website http://www.doetmetlef.nl online using wordpress. I bought a premium theme (mona olen) but I discovered too late (apparently, the deadline to get a refund was two daysa go) the premium theme is not suitable for wordpress.org. However, the premium theme for wordpress.com is worthless for my website. I do hope there is some way we can work this out so I can use the theme for my wordpress.org website.

  This was the first time I am using wordpress.org and I am only familiar with wordpress.com. I think that is where I got confused with the premium theme…

  Hi,

  I’ll tag this for staff so they can help you with this.

  In the meantime, can you try geting a refund directly through your dashboard, under Store > My Upgrades?

  This particular theme is not transferrable, but I have canceled and refunded it for you instead.
