transfer premium upgrades to another site

When i log in, it looks like i have 2 sites. One of them is active but is not premium, the other is NOT active, but has the premium upgrades. How do I transfer them over?
The active website is http://www.cityhillkenmore.com. The one that is NOT active but has the premium upgrades that need to be transferred over is under cityhillkenmore.wordpress.com

Hi there, cityhillkenmore.com is not hosted here on WordPressdotcom but with BlueHost. This is an entirely separate site and hosting, so it would not be possible to transfer any upgrade plan you have here to your self-hosted WP site.

I don’t see any Premium plan on the WordPress.com site, cityhillkenmore.wordpress.com
I do see a Jetpack Premium plan on the self-hosted site, http://www.cityhillkenmore.com, and it appears to have been bought a few minutes after you created this thread. So it looks like you figured it out, but let me know if you still need any help.
