Transfer Purchase

Hi. I just bought explorer, and I thought I bought it for lovelettieanne.com the blog I use and host via bluehost. However right now my account is saying I bought it for lovelettieanne.wordpress.com. How can I transfer Explorer to the other account? I do not want this second domain, I will not use it and I do not want to have wasted $100 on a product for the wrong domain when I did not mean to buy it. please help!

Looking things over, I see that there was an Explorer plan purchased on lovelettieannecom.wordpress.com for $102.34. That plan and site were both canceled. A refund was processed for the total amount.
It sounds like the domain had yet to connect to the hosting plan. This is how you will proceed with domain connections in the future. Once a domain is connected to the plan, it can be used in the browser and for SEO. lovelettieannecom.wordpress.com is just a placeholder in the system that ties everything together. Folks won’t see that in their browsers.
Can we try this all again? I’ll be happy to help you each step of the way. I suggest creating a new, free site address like lovelettieannecom.wordpress.com. Click on My Sites – Add New Site from the dashboard to do that.
Add the hosting plan again from https://wordpress.com/pricing/
At the checkout screen, you can click the arrow next to the 1-year box to see the available multi-year discounts. This is the most cost-effective way to host your site.
