Transfer purchased theme

I have 2 premium themes purchased under one blog. Can I transfer one of those purchased themes, now unused there, to another blog (all is under wordpress.com) to be used there? Thanks!

I want to transfer to a WP.com blog (hosted at wordpress.com, free account, no domain there yet) to extraterrenos.wordpress.com. Currently the theme (Chapters, by Wootheme) is connected (but not being used) at yezzi.co (a WP.com site) but I no longer use the theme there and would like to use it with this other blog: http://extraterrenos.wordpress.com/

I’ve just refunded the money to your WordPress.com account. Could you please repurchase the ‘Chapters’ theme at your ‘extraterrenos’ blog?

I haven’t seen the refunded funds in my card to make the purchase again. As soon as I see the funds available I’ll use it to buy the theme at extraterrenos.wordpress.com. Am I missing something?

I’m in my extraterrenos.wordpress.com right now, trying to re-buy the Chapters theme but it seems it will charge my credit card and I can’t spend that money unless there is a refund to cover the purchase, which I don’t know where it is and how to use it. Please give me some steps to follow. Thanks!
