transfer/ redirection of pages

  I have this blog (tanmaync.wordpress.com) since few years. Now I got a new domain (chandane.in), set it up on wordpress.org (hosted on bigrock) and exported all of this blog’s posts to new site.
  Now, If anyone opens my wordpress website blog, I need it to be redirected to my new site where same post’s are there.
  how to achive it
