Transfer Registrar to GoDddy

  Hello I want to change my registrar to GoDaddy and continue hosting with you. I tried to process the transfer request through GoDaddy but received the following response:

  Dear Registration Private,

  You recently purchased a domain registrar transfer for:
  SOUTHWAYFAMILYDENTISTRY.COM

  To complete this transfer, we need approval of the administrative contact for this domain name. However, the administrative email address obtained from your current registrar is invalid, or could not be obtained.

  The current administrative email address is:

  After you update the administrative email address on file for this domain at your current registrar, you may re-initiate this transfer.
