Transfer registration of domain

  Hi,
  I’d like to transfer registration of this domain to bluehost.

  I tried transferring the domain to bluehost and got this error: ‘The domain anitawhittingham.com is currently locked from transfer (Status clientTransferProhibited).
  You will need to unlock the domain at Automattic Inc. before a transfer can take place.’

  Please unlock the domain for me.

  Log out from current anitab5f8b0c7b0 and log in again as anitaw.

  I can’t find the confirmation link for that account in my email. I also checked the spam folder. Are you able to please tell me which email account is linked to anitaw. Thanks

  Yes, and I have the email receipt linked to this email that I’m using to log into this forum.
  When I click on ‘manage account’ from the email receipt it takes me to this account not anitaw. I’m really confused.

  There’s no active purchases on this account: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

  You would need to log out of this account and sign into the account that made the purchase.

  The email address to the account would be on the email whereby the original receipt was sent to.
