Transfer/Setup new user credentials

  My business has been using WordPress to configure our website for quite sometime. However, we recently had to fire our GM for serious legal reasons, but when he left, he either changed or erased the login credentials we use to access our WP portal. Is there any way to access our WP account to change the user login and password info so my business can still retain all of the info and contents on our website and continue to conduct business?
