Transfer site/blog to another user

  Hello, I would like to fully transfer a site I created to another one of my accounts. I found a page that said to add the other user as an Admin, but then I did not see the options to transfer the domain. Maybe because I’m using a free account? Could you help in transferring anacademicjournal.wordpress.com to the user @anacademicjournaler completely?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
