Transfer site data to self-hosted WordPress site with Jetpack

  Hi, I migrated my site to a self-hosted WordPress install and I’d like to move my subscribers, stats, etc over. I have followed the instructions on this page (http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/) and activated Jetpack and the Subscriptions module.

  The old site: dailyinspirationboard.wordpress.com
  The new site: dailyinspirationboard.com
