transfer site from my account

    I need to transfer the site ‘Cincinnati Life Improvement’ from my account to another one. How do I do this? I’ve searched in the knowledge database and what it recommends I do not seem to have. Whenever I hover over the settings, I do not have an option for general settings. When I hover over hosting, it asks me to set up a plan.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    Are you positive that site is hosted here at WordPress.com? A Whois shows the domain registered at Tucows. If it is hosted elsewhere and you want it at some account here then that other account will need to purchase a plan, import the site’s content if they have access to it and transfer or connect the domain (presuming they own the domain too).

    So the problem is not ownership really, and it is hosted on WPMUDEV. However, whenever we try to install the WooCommerce Shipping plugin, it says that my account is the owner, even though there is another email that is associated with the store. They want to be able to add a credit card so they can print labels, but only my account can.

    After digging, I see that the WordPress.com account is connected to me, and there’s zero way to transfer it out. Why does Automatic stink so badly at account setup?
