Transfer Site Ownership

    Hi – someone in Marketing started up a WordPress site and bought one month and we’re going to keep it and now we need to transfer the ownership to my account and update billing info.

    We’re following the instructions for transferring it to me but the current owner does not see the ‘Transfer’ option that is listed in the instructions. The site is sarahchupinghong.wpcomstaging.com and the logged in user is @sarahchupinghong. As far as we all know, she is the owner. Not sure why she doesn’t see the ‘transfer’ option.

    I need help moving / transferring this over to me (@joshuasunrider). I can get the approvals from co-workers but we’re a bit stuck here. Thanks!

    That may be the quickest way to help her through, or if staff has to transfer the upgrades for her, they can help if the request comes through her account.
