transfer site ownership

  I am an admin on the wordpress site https://hottehome.com/. We have Roger Wee who is no longer working in our company but is a site owner.
  We would kindly request you to change site ownership to myself (shankmaha).

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there! We are unable to make the transfer ourselves from this forum thread, but if Roger Wee still has access to his WordPress.com account, then he can typically log in and use the ‘Transfer Site’ option located at the base of the site settings page at this link:
  https://wordpress.com/settings/general/hottehome.com

  In case of need we do also have a Transfer Site to Another User guide for this too. I hope that helps, if you do have any other questions let us know!

  We couldn’t do that without the account owners permission. If you’re able to make contact and ask them to do that – we could facilitate that their request.

  I know that’s probably not the answer you need right, but I’m hoping it points you in the right direction at least.

  Keeping my fingers crossed, that this is eventually possible.
