Transfer site ownership issue

  I was editor on 2 sites owner by another user. That user transferred ownership of both sites to me but only 1 continues to show on my dashboard. The other has disappeared. How do I locate the 2nd site?

  sagsonline.org is the site that disappeared. sagssupport.org is the site that transferred successfully.

  That site is owned by a different account, so it was probably not transferred to you after all.
  We can’t give you any details about that account, so it’s best if you reached out to the owner directly.

  Both sagsonline and sagsupport were originally owned by (email visible only to moderators and staff), Denise Olson. She is retiring from our genealogy society and transferred to the sites to me to support. She says she can no longer see the site and does not know where it went.

  Denise also uses a Moultrie Creek logon.
