Transfer site plan

  My starter site plan recently renewed for partylikeso.com, however I don’t use the site and have purchased a new domain (myhappyhobbies.com) that I plan to use instead. Since I’ve already paid for the starter plan for the year on partylikeso.com, can I transfer that starter site plan to myhappyhobbies.com or do I have to purchase a new site plan & pay the annual fee (and I’m out the cost for the renewal I’ve already paid for). Thanks!
