I can help you with this. It works best when the content from the old site has been imported into the new site already. Have you done that step?

Yes, I imported the site to my .org blog, and I have jetpack activated.

mmitchell30–I can merge your stats, but this process only works well when the content was exported from one site and imported to the other. Is that the case for your sites?

The stat transfers I’m doing are moving stats from sites that users originally hosted on WordPress.com and then moved to self hosted WordPress sites. In order to do the transfer both sites–the old one and the new one need to be connected to the same WordPress.com account. I see http://brianthacker.tv/blog/ in your account, but I don’t see the site you want to transfer the stats from.
