transfer site to another user

    Hi,
    I have read the support posts on how to transfer a site to another user, have added another Admin user to the site, but when I look at Sie tools under settings, there is no option to Transfer the site. Please help.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    I’m the one who posted, it wouldnt let me edit the post, so I’m replying with more info. I FOLLOWED the guide and the further suggestions- switched browers, cleared caches. Still not showing “transfer site” in Site Tools.
