transfer site to godaddy

  i paid for a premium wordpress on oct 8 2020 and then accidentally deleted my website. it’s back now but i can’t transfer it to godaddy without upgrading– i need to transfer the site. that’s the reason i deleted it in the first place. please help me transfer the hosting
