transfer site/blog to another account

  Last year I created a WordPress site for a client (this account), but somehow two other sites I created for another client have appeared under this account.

  They are listed on the My Blog page as Connected blogs (‘Verbonden blogs’ ) and the only action I can take is to hide it.

  So, I want to transfer these sites to another account, because I don’t want this client to have only have insights and access to her site and not to another clients sites.

  Hope you can help me, because I can’t find how to do it.
