Transfer stats and followers to self hosted wp blog please

  Hi, I would like my stats and subscribers moved over from my wordpress.com blog to my new host. Jetpack is set up. My old blog is veganopoulous.wordpress.com and the new site is http://www.veganopoulous.com

  Your help will be greatly appreciated, thanks!
