Transfer stats & followers from .com to .org

    Hiya I have transferred my blog to wordpress.com to wordpress.org and being self hosted, and I transferred most of my subscribers with jetpack, but would like to transfer my followers & statistics to my new website as well.. So that my new posts show up on my followers feeds?

    (I had roughly 1400 followers on wordpress, and now no one sees my new posts!!)

    Old one: janespatisserie.wordpress.com
    New one: janespatisserie.com
