Transfer stats from wordpress to selfhosted

  I have been reading around that it is possible to transfer the stats from a wordpress.com blog to a self-hosted blog. I would like to do this if possible.

  The old site is: anneliems.wordpress.com
  The new site is: https://www.mevrouwstaypositive.be

  Please let me know if there is anything else I need to provide
