Transfer Stats from WordPress.com blog to Self Hosted wordpress blog

  Hello I need help transferring my old stats from https://sophiemaie.wordpress.com to my new self hosted blog http://sophiemaie.com
  I managed to move my followers over and all my content I just can’t seem to figure out how to move the stats. Jetpack is installed.
