Transfer stats from wordpress.com to self-hosted

  Hello!

  I just transferred my wordpress.com domain to a wordpress.org self-hosted site. I’d like to transfer/merge my stats from the old site to the new. Both the old and new domain is:

  http://foodsciencenerd.com

  I have Jetpack installed.
