Transfer stats & subscribers

Dear Happiness Engineers,
Yesterday I moved my blog from WordPress.com to a helf-hosted blog. On the forum I read somewhere that you can transfer my stats & subscribers for me! That would be so awesome :)

I would also love your assistance in this same matter. In my case, my exisiting WP.com blog is sarahfuste.wordpress.com, and my new WP.org site where the followers need to be transferred over is acupofgoodlife.com.
I have the latest WP install running (got it two days ago) and also installed JetPack and connected it to my WP.com account. Is there anything else I need to do? Will the transfer include both email and WP followers?
Lastly, is it possible to transfer over existing stats?

Hi ditisayha, I transferred your followers to your new blog at tweemeisjesblog.nl, as requested.
Your email followers will continue to receive email updates, and your WordPress.com followers will continue to see your new posts in the Reader. If your WordPress.com followers would like to receive email updates, as well, they can subscribe via email on your new blog.
