Transfer stats to new blog

  Hi,

  I have recently gone self hosted through pipdig and siteground. Everything has transfered over from my old blog to my new blog apart from my stats, will I be able to transfer my stats over?

  My old blog is https://sharnahsblog.wordpress.com/ and my new blog is http://www.lifeofshar.co.uk
