Transfer Stats to self hosted blog

  I recently moved my blog from wordpress.com to a self hosted wordpress.org site. I would like all of my archived stats to be moved across too. I have already installed the jetpack plugin on my new site. Are there any other steps I would need to take, such as transferring my domain registration across?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
