transfer subscriber and site stats to self hosted site with jetpack

Please transfer my internal wordpress.com subscribers over to my my now self-hosted wordpress.org site–(kept url–both: eatplaymove.com) which now has jetpack installed and running. Also please transfer site stats, likes, etc… and finally, not sure if possible, but any text widgets or other settings I had configured/used on my wordpress.com twenty-twelve theme (e.g. featured image, page templates) that are also possible to move. I’ve transfered the subscribers as requested. Likes and stats are tracked per domain and are not transferrable.
