  Hello, I would like to transfer subscribers from my wordpress.com blog to new self-hosted wordpress.org blog. I have installed Jetpack on my new self-hosted wordpress.

  Old blog: http://www.shinyshinyblack.wordpress.com
  new blog: http://www.shinyshinyblack.com
