Transfer Subscribers

  How do I get in touch with someone from WordPress to transfer my subscribers for me? I have followed these instructions several times, but it’s not working: https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/
  The instructions say that someone can migrate the subscribers for me.

  Hi there. What is the URL of the site you want your subscribers moved to? And do you have the Jetpack plugin installed and connected on that site?

  I want the subscribers moved to http://www.aristocratsofthesoul.com.
  Yes, I did install and connect the Jetpack plugin.
  Under “My Sites” in WordPress.com, it shows that aristocratsofthesoul.com is connected, but the listing doesn’t say Jetpack on it (like in the example).

  After you install the JetPack plugin http://jetpack.me and activate it, you follow these instructions please https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/#wordpress-com-to-self-hosted-site

  I have tried that multiple times already – it says it is migrating and I get emails saying it has started and completed, but it hasn’t worked.

  I just checked your WordPress.com site at aristocratsofthesoul.wordpress.com, and there aren’t any subscribers there. You already successfully migrated them over to your new site at aristocratsofthesoul.com.

  You can find a list of your site’s subscribers under Jetpack → Site Stats in your new site’s dashboard:

  Thanks – I was just looking in the wrong place. I see them listed under Jetpack now.
