transfer subscribers

  Hello and Good evening,

  I am trying to transfer my subscribers/followers between WordPress.com blogs. I would like to move my followers from the blog, foundingchristina.wordpress.com, to my newest blog, raartorius.wordpress.com.
  if any further information is needed on my part, please let me know at your earliest convenience. Thanks for your help!
