  I need to transfer my subscribers from wordpress.com to wordpress.org

  The old wordpress.com blog was redemptionpictures.com (which was upgraded from redemptionpictures.wordpress.com

  The new wordpress.org blog is redemptionpictures.com
  (I changed the DNS name servers to point to my new host)

  Hi there,

  OK, got another step for you. Sorry I didn’t mention it before! You will need to install the Jetpack plugin to your new WordPress.org site and then connect it to WordPress.com.

  You can find it right here: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/jetpack/

  And the connecting is pretty easy, once it’s installed it will walk you through the process. We have to have it installed in order for us to transfer your followers over!

  Yes, they will! The change should be pretty much seamless for them.
