Transfer Subscribers

  I just transferred my blog from WordPress.com to WordPress.org and I am not self-hosted. I would like the people who subscribed to my blog via WordPress.com to continue to receive emails when I post something new. I do have jetpack installed so if someone could please let me know the next steps to take it would be greatly appreciated.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You need to provide both the .wordpress.com blog URL and the WordPress.org blog URL so Staff can transfer only your email subscribers for you. Followers using the WordPress.com Reader cannot be transferred. This thread is flagged for Staff assistance.
