Transfer subscribers

I have installed the JetPack plugin onto my .org blog which is http://www.naturalelle.co.uk/blog and have connected it to my .com blog which is http://www.naturalelleblog.wordpress.com and now I need someone in support to transfer all of my subscribers from .com to .org

Your subscribers and followers have been transferred as requested. Just a heads-up that any WordPress.com followers who opted to receive email updates will need to re-subscribe again on your new site through the Jetpack signup box, otherwise they’ll only see new posts in their Reader. Non-WordPress.com email subscribers will continue to get email updates.
You might also want to consider a Site Redirect upgrade to automatically have visitors to http://naturalelleblog.wordpress.com sent to http://www.naturalelle.co.uk/blog , and ensure that new subscribers sign up on the right blog.
