Transfer Subscribers
-
Hello,
I need to open a support request to have my subscribers transferred from (thecovenantdiet.wordpress.com) to (thecovenantdiet.com). Thank you for your help.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Have you installed Jetpack? I’ll modlook this topic so staff will help you. If you subscribe you’ll be notified when they respond.

Your WordPress.com subscribers and email followers have been transferred as requested.
Please note that any WordPress.com followers who opted to receive email updates will need to re-subscribe again on your new site through the Jetpack signup box, otherwise they’ll only see new posts in their Reader. Non-WordPress.com email subscribers will continue to get email updates.
You might think about setting up a Site Redirect for your WordPress.com site at thecovenantdiet.wordpress.com to send your site visitors to your new domain. Otherwise, people will still be able to subscribe on your old site.

Hey there! I’m looking for the subscribers that were transferred but I do not see them. Thanks for your help!

Sorry about that!
I’ve transferred your subscribers again. Please check to verify that they are there as expected.

I really appreciate your help… perhaps I am looking in the wrong spot. I go to my dashboard on thecovenantdiet.com and click on Jetpack in the menu to the left and then I click on Site Stats and down at the bottom it says “Subscriptions” Followers: 0 Blog 0 Comments.
So sorry to be a trouble!

You’re right, it doesn’t look like the followers are transferring over. I’ll need to look into this for you.

It looks like there was a glitch in transferring your subscribers that’s been resolved now. Please check again and let me know if everything looks okay. :)
