Transfer Subscribers

  I would like to transfer my wordpress.com subscribers from petitepaulina.wordpress.com to petitepaulina.com. I would also like to transfer my stats. I have logged a post in the forum but I haven’t had any response yet.

  I have the jetpack installed and I have published a post to inform readers of the move.

  The blog concerned is petitepaulina.wordpress.com

  Could you please assist?
