Transfer subscribers

  Can you please assist me in transferring my subscribers to my new self-hosted blog? It is http://www.thekidlesskronicles.com. I am hosted through Blue Host. I have already imported my content and need help moving the subscriptions.

  Staff can can move your email subscribers only. Followers using the WordPress.com Reader cannot be transferred.
  What’s required is:
  installation and activation of the JetPack plugin;
  posting both URLs into this forum thread;
  tagging the thread with modlook in the sidebar tags;
  subscribing to the thread so you are notified when Staff make the transfer.
