Transfer Subscribers

  Hi there,

  I am trying to transfer followers and subscribers from a wordpress.com site (https://fitfunandfantastic.wordpress.com) to a self hosted wordpress site (fantastically-fit.com). I was told you offer this service and would love if you could help me.
