Transfer subscribers and stats from wordpress.com to self hosted wordpress blog

I want to transfer my subscribers from my wordpress blog (wholewideword.wordpress.com) to my self hosted blog (wholewideword.com). I have already installed the Jetpack and its running smoothly.
