  Hi there,

  Not a problem! I can do this for you. First, please make sure the Jetpack plugin is setup on your self-hosted site and connected to WordPress.com. Instructions on doing that can be found here:

  Then, please let me know the WordPress.com you would like your subscribers transferred from and the self-hosted site you would like them transferred to!
