Transfer subscribers back from self-hosted to wordpress.com blog

  I mistakenly moved subscibers from a WordPress.com to a self-hosted blog before the owner was ready. Can they be moved back to the wordpress.com site?
  From http://eoh.wpengine.com/ back to http://eyeonhousing.org/. I have Jetpack installed.
