Transfer Subscribers between wordpress.com sites

I had a self hosted site that I transferred back to being a wordpress.com site. So I have two Seize the Weekday sites and wants to transfer my subscribers back to my original wordpress.com site. How can I do it?
The wordpress support site just keeps taking me in circles with no actual contact us page.
